The House

The house is newly refurbished and well equipped.

The master double bedroom, on the top floor, has a modern en suite shower room and sea views. (see photo)

On the first floor are two further bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed and one with twin beds. There is a large bathroom with both bath and shower; also a further separate WC on the ground floor.

There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and in the utility area a fridge, washing machine and tumble drier.

The kitchen leads to a large airy living room with dining table, wood burner and French doors that open to the pretty front garden with plenty of room for al fresco dining, sunbathing and off-road parking.

Sleeps a maximum of seven.

Prices:
Low season £295 (Jan - Mar & Oct - Dec)
Mid season £495 (Apr - Jun & Sept)
High season £895 (Jul & Aug)
Plus linen at £10 or €15 per bed
Prices include electricity, hot water and heating

Payment Details:
To secure your booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental price. We are unable to refund your booking deposit if you need to cancel. 

We do not request full payment for the rental of the property until 6 weeks prior to your stay but are unable to refund this payment once it has been made.

Personal holiday insurance is recommended to protect you against any such losses.

Hirer’s responsibilities: loss or damage

Please note that the rental payment will be due in full 6 weeks prior to your stay and the 20% booking deposit will be held against loss or damage. This will be returned immediately following satisfactory inventory check by our managers following your stay.
The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it.   All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer, and their cost shall be refundable on demand. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning, breakage or damage.
